CNC Punching
CNC Punching
is carried out with a LVD 1250RS, boasting positional accuracy
of + or - 0.1mm. Components are drafted using our advanced
CAD/CAM system, which optimises sheet sizes and machine run
times, thus keeping costs low. Parts can be produced in any
angle, with the capacity to punch up to 3mm thick material
for a wide range of materials.

CNC Bending
CNC Bending allows us to manufacture complex shapes in a variety
of material types and thickness. Components up to 2.5m long
can be bent efficiently and to a close tolerance. |
Shearing
We are able to cut a wide range of materials to a length of
2.5m x 6mm thick. CNC control allows for fast, accurate cutting,
with quick retrieval of programs for repeat jobs. |

Welding
Welding can be provided in the form of Mig, Tig and CO2. Spot
welding and stud welding can also be facilitated. |
